A typical tractor HVAC system includes these key parts:

Compressor: Powered by the engine, it compresses refrigerant (R134a) into high-pressure, high-temperature gas.
Condenser: Mounted near the radiator; it cools and condenses refrigerant into liquid.
Expansion Valve: Reduces pressure of liquid refrigerant, turning it into a cold mist.
Evaporator: Inside the cab; the cold refrigerant absorbs heat from cabin air, cooling it.
Heater Core: Uses engine coolant to provide warmth in winter.
Filters & Blowers: Clean air and circulate it throughout the cab
