Harvester HVAC refers to the air conditioning system for harvesters. It is specially designed for the cabs of agricultural harvesting machinery (grain, sugarcane, cotton, forage, etc.), integrating cooling, heating, ventilation, dust removal and defogging functions, and adapting to field operating conditions of high temperature and humidity, heavy dust and strong vibration.

Compressor: Driven by 12/24V DC power or engine mechanical power, featuring vibration resistance and high temperature resistance. R134a environmentally friendly refrigerant is widely adopted.

Condenser: Mostly roof-mounted or side-mounted, equipped with a dust-proof shield and enlarged heat dissipation area to prevent blockage by crop straw and dust.

Evaporator: Installed inside the cab, fitted with a high-efficiency dust filter element (for filtering dust, pollen and pesticide particles) and equipped with a defogging function.

Piping & Control System: Adopts high-pressure vibration-resistant hoses and reinforced connectors. The control panel supports temperature control, wind speed adjustment, internal and external circulation, and defogging; high-end models are equipped with automatic constant temperature function.

Dustproof and Explosion-proof: Air filtration complies with EN15695 standard to prevent dust from entering the cab; electrical components are moisture-proof and explosion-proof.

Wide Temperature Operation: Operating temperature ranges from -10℃ to +45℃, suitable for working conditions with large day-night temperature differences and intense sunlight exposure.

Vibration Resistance & Reinforced Structure: Rubber shock-absorbing pads are installed for the compressor and pipelines with frame-level reinforcement to withstand bumpy field roads.

Low Voltage Adaptation: 12/24V DC power supply, cooling power of 500–800W, low energy consumption without affecting operating power.

Roof-mounted Type: Integrated modular design, easy to install, saves cab space and is the mainstream configuration.

Split Type: Consists of an outdoor unit (condenser) and an indoor unit (evaporator), with excellent heat dissipation and easy maintenance, suitable for high-horsepower models.

Independent Electric Type: Can operate even when the engine is off, ideal for intermittent operation with energy saving and environmental protection.

Grain Combine Harvester: Provides cooling during high-temperature summer operation (above 35℃), relieves operator fatigue and improves working efficiency.

Sugarcane / Cotton Harvester: Adapts to dusty and high-humidity environments with strong filtration, dehumidification and defogging performance, ensuring clear vision and driving comfort.
